While I’m on my hiatus, I thought it might be a good time to pose a question. While they were a good starting point from the transition of the free request era to the age of trades and commissions only, I’ve begun to feel that my Trades & Commission Guidelines entry [link] needs updating. This update will be both to clean up some confusion that has been voiced over wording within parts of the guidelines, and potentially to expand my services offered. I feel that now is a good time to work on changes for them, as all commissions are closed, so terms won’t be changed on people with works in process.

I’d like to give this as a chance for people who’ve had commissions from me to voice what they like/should remain the same, options they’d like for future works your devious minds are scheming up, or for people who haven’t commissioned me yet to voice options of what they’d like me to make available/offer before they’d consider hiring for a commission.

Potential changes I’ve already begun considering and would appreciate feedback on, among other things, include:

-A nominal fee for the option of alternate gag/blindfold or similar minor changes works

-The launch of a non-D.A. venue to enable more… mature themed commissions

-Different “ Package” bundles (ex. Background discount for ordering a “mini-set”/progression of images in one location, similar to the reuse of Natalie’s room in [link] , other package you’d like to see? describe it below)

-More structured/negotiable lengths of accompanying stories

While I would like feedback on the above list, if you’re thinking of something that isn’t on the short list, by all means feel free to drop a line. I make no guarantee that any or all suggestions will make their way visibly into the final changes that will be posted in August, I would like your (the collective community of people interested in my work) feedback. Also let me know if, reading through the existing commission guidelines, there is any particular segment that is ambiguous or language that needs clarification.

To conclude, before anyone suggests it let me save you the time of typing the thought of one thing that isn’t going to change. There will be not be a commission option of an image for $0.00/the return of free requests.
